I’m inviting you into my space to get to know more about me: how I think, how I work, and what I care about.
If I were to describe myself, I’d say I’m a strategic and insight-led People & Talent Professional helping startups scale their HR operations across the UK and Nigeria. I'm CIPD Level 7 qualified, PHRI certified, and was recognised as one of Culture Amp’s Top 25 Culture Creators in 2024. I work closely with leadership teams to shape people strategy, support business transformation, and build inclusive, high-performing cultures that scale.
I’ve spent a major part of my career delivering workforce initiatives across diverse sectors, including Fintech, Media and Entertainment, Ed-Tech, Professional Services, and Development. I've successfully managed all facets of talent engagement, from recruitment planning and employee relations to developing new HR systems and creating cost-efficient talent models that ultimately led to scale. I’ve initiated and executed organisational effectiveness structures that powered business growth, from early-stage foundations to multi-country operations. I’ve spearheaded high-risk ER cases and designed low-cost compensation models that secured £300k in annual savings. My approach is always impact- and insight-driven, partnering with leadership teams to align people strategy with organisational goals.
I am passionate about building workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to do their best work, especially those who are often overlooked. At the same time, I’m drawn to strategy and love finding ways to align people practices with business growth. My bigger picture goal? To create environments where impact and performance go hand in hand, where doing the right thing also drives real results.
Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner. Right now, I’m exploring HR analytics and cybersecurity to connect people, data, and compliance more meaningfully. I also enjoy coaching university students, supporting startups, and tending to my garden. Whether I’m building a talent strategy or growing tomatoes, I genuinely love seeing things grow.
